2. Scope

This policy covers the AdOfficer app for iPhone, iPad and Mac with its widgets, and the pages at adofficer.goldstein.digital. The Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) applies and, where applicable, the GDPR.

3. Principle

AdOfficer has no server of its own and no user account. All data from your Google account goes directly from Google to your device, where it is shown and stored. We never receive it.

4. Data from your Google account

When you connect your Google account, AdOfficer asks through Google's sign-in (OAuth) for these permissions:

View your AdSense data (adsense.readonly): the list of your AdSense accounts with name, time zone and currency; earnings reports (estimated earnings, page views, impressions, clicks, ad requests) by day, ad unit, site and country; and payments (unpaid earnings, past payments).
View your AdMob data (admob.readonly): the list of your AdMob accounts with time zone and currency, and earnings reports (estimated earnings, requests, matched requests, impressions, clicks) by day, ad unit, app and country.

Purpose: solely to show you these figures in the app and its widgets, to compare them and to draw charts. AdOfficer only reads and cannot change anything in your accounts.

Storage: the last figures loaded and the readings taken during the day (for the daily pulse, at most 8 days) are kept in a protected folder of the app on your device, which the widgets also read. The sign-in token (refresh token) is kept in this device's keychain and not synced.

Sharing: none. The data goes to nobody, neither to us nor to third parties, and is not used for advertising, profiling or training AI models.

Deletion: “Disconnect Google Account” in Settings revokes the token at Google and deletes it from the device. Deleting the app makes iOS or macOS delete all its data. You can also remove access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

AdOfficer's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Google

Google LLC's privacy policy also applies to sign-in and reports. AdOfficer uses only Google's official interfaces for this (AdSense Management API, AdMob API).

6. In-app purchase

Purchases go through Apple's App Store. We receive no payment data. The app checks the purchase on the device through StoreKit; Apple's privacy policy applies to that.

7. No tracking

The app contains no ads, no analytics or tracking tools and uses no advertising identifier. These pages set no cookies and measure no audience.

8. Website

The pages are hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., Jonavos g. 60C, Kaunas, Lithuania (servers in the EU). The host keeps technically necessary server log files (shortened IP address, time, page, browser, operating system, referrer) based on our legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR / Art. 31(1) FADP). A data processing agreement is in place.

9. Contact by email

If you write to support, we use your details only to reply and delete them when no longer needed.

10. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and the right to complain to a supervisory authority (in Switzerland, the FDPIC). Because the app sends us no data, we hold no data about you apart from support requests.

11. Changes

We update this policy when the app or the law changes. The version published here applies. The German version is legally binding.
